One-time purchase of one (1) UL 508A Certified Manufacturer design, fabricate, and wire a custom SCADA control panel, as detailed in Exhibit A – Panel Design Reference, which includes the proposed layout and wiring diagram. The panel shall include a wall-mountable, NEMA 12 rated enclosure sized to accommodate all components listed in the Bill of Materials, with an enclosure light, a remote door switch to activate the light, and a remote door switch for intrusion alarms. The panel shall support a minimum of eight (8) analog inputs, twenty-three (23) digital inputs, three (3) analog outputs, eleven (11) digital outputs, and ten (10) interposing relays, as specified in the wiring diagram. Control hardware shall utilize the Motorola ACE3600 Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) platform, including one (1) ACE3600 power supply, one (1) ACE3680 CPU, and five (5) mixed I/O modules, with no substitutions permitted. Communications shall include one (1) Aviat Networks 4RF SR+ radio, DIN rail mounted, with one (1) coaxial antenna surge arrestor and one (1) 12VDC radio power cable compatible with the Motorola power supply; antenna and mast are not required. Panel base must meet the exact specifications and part numbers listed in the Bill of Materials.
