No other use of machinery will be permitted. o Contractor shall remove all cuttings, debris, and trash from the site and properly dispose at an approved landfill. Costs for disposal shall be included in the quarterly price for the maintenance of the area. • TMK: (1) 4-6-037:por.126 – Quarterly landscape maintenance services at HHFDC vacant lot located at 45-418 Lolii Street, Kaneohe, Oahu. o Contractor shall not start any work on this property until August 1, 2026. o Contractor shall cut weeds, and vegetation to a height not to exceed one (1) inch from the ground. o Contractor shall remove all cuttings, debris, and trash from the site and properly dispose at an approved landfill. Costs for disposal shall be included in the quarterly price for maintenance of the area.
