a. The Contractor shall provide an ASL interpreter utilizing a remote video technology/virtual platform (e.g. TEAMS, Webex, Zoom). b. All interpreters are required to understand and be able to interpret the terms and procedures generally used in Office of Administrative Hearing and State Personnel Board Hearings. The Contractor shall be responsible for referring to Exhibit F, Glossary, and be able to translate those terms and procedures into the required languages, interpreters shall not have had any prior substantive involvement in matters under review and shall disclose any actual conflict of interest or appearance of conflict, including acquaintance with any party or witness to the proceedings, to the DMV Attorney and all parties. c. The Contractor shall provide ASL services for the minimum durations identified in this Exhibit for Prescheduled Interpretation and Prescheduled Interpretation for State Personnel Board Hearings. (5). DMV telephone interpreter requests shall include the following information: a. The location, date, and time of the hearing. b. The language type required for interpretation. c. The type of proceeding. d. The name, e-mail address, and contact number of the person requesting interpreter services. (6).
