1. Provide annual independent 3rd party inspection. 2. Conduct five (5) year weight test and annual no-load test. 3. Submit all documents to the required agencies. 4. Perform quarterly preventive maintenance that includes inspection, repairs, adjustments, lubrication, pit cleaning and onsite record keeping. Inspection will ensure the elevator will run at rated speed, capacity and required floor leveling parameters. 5. Scheduled work is to be completed during normal business hours Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. 6. Contractors’ safety will be observed for compliance with local, State, and federal standards. It is the contractor’s duty to maintain safe control of their working environment. Equipment: 1.
