Minimum height of twelve (12) feet b. Minimum width of twelve (12) feet B. One (1) enclosed garage style boat storage space of approximately 432 square feet: 1) Minimum height of fifteen (15) feet 2) Approximate width of twelve (12) feet 3) Approximate depth of thirty-six (36) feet 4) Steel locking, swing style bay door with a. Minimum height of fifteen (15) feet b. Minimum width of twelve (12) feet C. All enclosed garage styled boat storage spaces shall have a minimum of one (1) 120-volt duplex outlet per boat storage space. D. Flooring shall consist of concrete capable of supporting heavy vehicles, boats, trailers, and equipment. E. Storage spaces should be constructed of corrugated metal or comparable material F. No exterior windows G. Wiring with adequate amperage capable of simultaneously powering overhead lights and power outlets running small hand tools
