The purpose of this contract is to provide staffing to perform routine maintenance services on non-interstate roadways for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Six, located at: South Dade Maintenance, 14655 SW 122 Avenue, Miami, Florida 33186. The field crew(s) will report to the South Dade Maintenance Facility. Routine Maintenance Services will be performed in Miami Dade County. The scope of work will include furnishing all labor necessary to perform the work. The awarded Contractor will be tasked with hiring, training, and employing qualified, skilled personnel that will provide services described within the Proposed Maintenance Activities Section 5.0. A Field Crew will consist of one (1) Supervisor and four (4) Maintenance Workers, as described in the Key Personnel Requirement Section 6.0.
