The PHCD Florida City Gardens Offices areas require County network connectivity including a new AT&T ASE Circuit inside MDF closet. CITD will cancel the existing AT&T ASE circuit (60.KRFN.771451) at 1564 SW 4th Street, Miami, Fl, (Gateway: 10.46.119.254), (System Name: PH D_HOMESTEAD_GARDEN_TRAILER_C9300_ASE.miamidade.gov), and request new AT&T ASE Circuit for the new location. CITD will relocate the existing network equipment inside the trailer and installed it at the new location address above. The designated office areas where selected by the on-site PHCD staff during our walk-through on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. The project requires infrastructure cabling to be installed with 12-data drops. The site is located at 900 NW 6th Avenue, Florida City, Florida 33034, (Apartments 127 & 128). It was determined during the walk-through to install approximately (12-Data Drops) in the designated areas listed below. The vendor is to provide Miami Dade County with a quote that will include all materials required to complete the infrastructure cabling project.
