Scope of Work Project Title: Modular Cubicle Relocation, Reinstallation, and Disposal Services Origin Location: 1551 Juliette Road, Stone Mountain, GA 30083 Destination Location: 1620 Phoenix Boulevard, College Park, GA 30349 1. Purpose The purpose of this Scope of Work is to define the requirements for disassembly, transportation, reassembly, electrical reconnection, and disposal of modular workstation systems. 2. General Requirements The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform the services described herein. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable State of Georgia policies, industry standards, and local, state, and federal laws and regulations. 3. Workstation Disassembly – Stone Mountain Office The Contractor shall disassemble Hyer Office brand modular workstation systems located at the Stone Mountain office: Approximately fifty-four (52) standard cubicles measuring 8’ x 8’ x 6’, and Approximately eight (8) supervisor cubicles measuring 10’ x 8’ x 6’. Disassembly shall include: Labeling, organizing, and protecting all reusable components for transport and reinstallation. Disconnecting workstation systems from existing electrical power whip sources, including removal of integrated electrical components associated with the cubicles. Preserving all disassembled components in reusable condition. 4. Transportation The Contractor shall: Load, transport, unload, and stage all disassembled workstation components from the Stone Mountain office to the College Park office. Be responsible for secure handling of all materials during transport. Assume responsibility for loss or damage to materials occurring while under the Contractor’s control. 5. Workstation Reassembly and Electrical Reconnection – College Park Office The Contractor shall: Reassemble the relocated workstation systems at the College Park office in locations designated by the Agency. Ensure all cubicles are properly aligned, level, secure, and fully functional upon completion. Reconnect power to the reinstalled cubicles. Perform all electrical reconnections in compliance with applicable electrical codes and manufacturer specifications. 6. Decommissioning and Disposal – College Park Office The Contractor shall disassemble, remove, and dispose of modular cubicles located at the College Park office: Approximately fifty-six (56) cubicles measuring 8’ x 6’ x 5’, and Approximately six (6) copy-area cubicles measuring 4’ x 8’ x 5’, for a total disposal quantity of sixty-one (62) cubicles. Disposal shall include all cubicle panels, work surfaces, electrical components, associated materials, and any items remaining in and on the cubicles. The site shall be left clean and free of debris.
