The Contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance services for the County’s Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and associated battery banks. These services include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, testing, reporting, and replacement parts necessary to ensure continuous, reliable operation of all covered systems. Preventative maintenance shall be performed on a semi-annual schedule in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices, with detailed written reports and maintenance recommendations provided to the County following each visit. In addition to preventative maintenance, the Contractor shall respond to County-initiated service calls to restore equipment to full working condition, and shall perform corrective work when required. Battery replacement services shall also be provided as needed and shall include full-service installation, commissioning, and compliant disposal of removed batteries. All work shall be performed in a manner that maintains system reliability, extends equipment life, and supports the County’s operational continuity requirements.
