The new construction project will consist of: • Traffic Control Signal Design Service to meet NCDOT standards. Firms submitting qualifications for Traffic Control Signal Design Services must describe and possess the ability to meet or exceed current NCDOT standards. The County will negotiate a contract with the selected Firm immediately and the design work and consequent construction bidding should be conducted as soon as possible. The Firm will be required to work in conjunction with Pender County leadership, staff, engineers, inspectors, and contractors; engage in value engineering, as appropriate; and provide construction administration, project reports, presentations, and project close‐out services as required. All work must be NCDOT approved, and any applicable documentation must be provided.
