RC4 Marketing, LLC; Short description of the commodity or service desired: "Fresh From Florida" sponsorship; FDACS intends to purchase promotional advertising for the “Fresh From Florida” brand through sponsorship of Triumph Racing Team at the Daytona Supercross event. Pursuant to sections 571.02 and 571.24, F.S., the FDACS is authorized to promote Florida agricultural products through the “Fresh From Florida” campaign. This includes advertising via promotions, print, television, and digital media. This sponsorship includes prominent logo placement on racing assets and rider gear, brand activation opportunities in the Triumph hospitality area, and exclusive marketing rights featuring Ricky Carmichael’s name, image, and likeness for use throughout the year. All promotional use of the “Fresh From Florida” logo must comply with department rules and be coordinated through authorized partners. RC4 Marketing, LLC is the sole authorized vendor permitted to provide these services due to its exclusive ownership of licensing, naming rights, and trademarks representing Ricky Carmichael and the Triumph Racing Team. No other vendor can offer access to these assets or provide the associated rights required for this campaign.
