• Fence Demolition ο Outfield – 460 LF – remove and dispose of fabric, top rail, fittings, etc. Posts to remain. Parks staff will touch up finish of posts prior to installation of new materials. ο Sidelines – 460 LF – remove and dispose of all materials. ο Dugouts – 100 LF – remove and dispose of fabric, top rail, fittings, etc. Posts to remain. Parks staff will touch up finish of posts prior to installation of new materials. ο Backstop – 110 LF – remove and dispose of fabric, brace rail, fittings, etc. Posts to remain. Overhang to remain. • Concrete Ribbon Curb Installation ο Ribbon curb shall extend from outfield corner to outfield corner, ~ 575 LF ο New fence posts to be set ahead of ribbon curb installation. Set forms as needed for finished fence height. ο Ribbon curb to be 15” wide x 12” deep ο Spoils from excavation to be collected and can de disposed of on-site, per COR staff direction. ο Base of excacated area to be tamped for compaction prior to installation of concrete footing. Areas where excavation exceeds 12” depth should be backfilled with ABC stone and tamped for compaction. ο Concrete ♣ Work with COR staff to establish elevations for finished height of concrete. ♣ 3000 psi mix ♣ 2 lbs. microfiber/CY ♣ Broom finish w/ control joints spaced evenly, not to exceed 8’ OC ♣ Allow 3 day curing period prior to any additional installation work.
