NFC’s offering extends well beyond equipment and includes site planning and design, grant and sponsorship coordination, fabrication and installation, launch and media support, ambassador training, and ongoing digital activation through the free Fitness Court® mobile app, which delivers guided workouts and scalable programming outdoors. Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) would use this infrastructure as a safe, durable, and equitable wellness infrastructure on school campuses and adjacent community spaces, supporting physical education enhancement, before‑ and after‑school activity, staff wellness, and broader community use while reinforcing preventive health and active‑lifestyle goals aligned with public health best practices.
