- Perform a site visit to determine the materials and equipment needed to complete the cable pulls and connections. - Cabling and connection of approximately 22 Cat 6 cable pulls terminating at the associated patch panels. - Contractor to provide the network cabling, connectors, and boxes consistent with existing installations at the site. - Disposal of all construction waste materials. - Coordinate construction and operations of the Work with Owner schedules and activities. - Contractor and contractor’s staff must be aware of the environment of a psychiatric hospital and safeguard all tools, equipment, etc. at all times during the project. If contractor or staff are issued hospital keys, they must safeguard them and keep them from patients. - Contractor to provide all tools, ladders, etc. to complete the work. - Contractor shall follow MHAS’s standard Contractor Guidelines. - Escorts will be required while crew works in patient areas. - HIPAA training will be required.
