Repairs and/or replace deficiencies to bring existing Fire Alarm System up to compliance. All work includes the labor and material for a complete and fully functional system . Contract is responsible for performing all electrical connections and disconnections to associated equipment for upgrades, repairs and replacements. Repair communication network for five (5) alarm panels to properly communicate with its remote annunciators. There are five (5) panels on site located in separate buildings. Must be an EST Technician. Replace or repair batteries failing load test for the following buildings Main Building Main FACP, in VR Room across from East Dining NAC(Right), Housing units 1,2,3 Main FACP NAC in FACP room. Programming for Heat Detector in the Fire Safety Storage Room located in the Security Building to activate the Horns and Strobes. Programming needs to be conducted by an EST Technician. Replace or repair Housing unit 4,5,6 Building Panel comm fault for a Fan shutdown. Replace relay on Housing unit 6 Mezzanine. Replace or repair Housing unit 1,2,3 Building LCD Screen for the fire alarm panel. Replace or repair Housing unit 2 strobe and heat detector. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: The awarded vendor will be responsible for unhooking, removing all inoperable parts, installing new parts, updating communications, programming and testing the fire alarm panel system to ensure system is functioning properly The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and tools and the appropriate trained and licensed personnel to perform the replacements, repairs and upgrades. Technician must be EST certified for fire alarm systems.
