Airport Master Plan A Master Plan is needed to help identify projects and priorities and assist in developing a funding strategy that supports both community growth and aviation needs over a 20-year planning horizon, following applicable FAA guidelines. Economic and Redevelopment Opportunity Analysis Utilize the results of the Master Plan/Airport Layout Plan, which delineates aviation and nonaviation property uses, to evaluate the non-aviation Port property for economic and redevelopment opportunities including analysis of feasible land uses, market-supported development programs, and implementation strategies (i.e. recommended actions for near, mid, and long-term redevelopment) that advance the Port’s economic development and community objectives. Major work elements include: • Site and regulatory assessment • Infrastructure and access evaluation • Market and economic opportunity analysis • Development program and feasibility testing • Implementation and funding strategies and tools
