PROPOSED CONTRACT DELIVERABLES 1. Development of a prototype watershed model that can quantify the effects of conservation practices over time (including regenerative agriculture) and integrate existing Science Hub watershed tools (ACPF/Tillage/Erosion/WIP models/BMP mapping) with input and support from the Science Hub Modeling Advisory Team within four Pilot Watersheds 2. Estimate or indicate the type, number, amount, and frequency of field-based measurements to support model development, assessment, and calibration (Deliverable 1), within one or more Pilot Watersheds including: water quality sensors and probes, stream surveys, soil samples, wetland assessments, and if necessary edge-of-field studies. 3. Summary report that synthesizes and reviews the current “state of the science” of watershedscale methods, tools, and approaches capable of monitoring and quantifying outcomes of voluntary conservation practices related to: o Critical Area functions and values o Salmon recovery planning and habitat management o Watershed processes and functions of interest within Pilot Watersheds Soil erosion - water and wind Streambank erosion Stream flows Stream temperature, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, and suspended solids Soil acidification...
