The R/W project (Project) is located on the north side of Sun City West in Maricopa County, just east of the US 60. The main purpose of the overall design project is to add a new T.I. at the 155th Avenue alignment, as well as develop/enhance a number of connecting local streets. The overall project is generally divided into two sub-projects – the ADOT project (the new T.I.) and the Local project (connecting streets). At this time, ADOT will be responsible for all R/W activities related to both the ADOT and Local projects. The Project will require the acquisition of new R/W in multiple locations. It is anticipated that approximately 33 “ADOT” parcels will be affected by new R/W. Ownerships of anticipated affected parcels are comprised of private residential and commercial parcels, AZ State Land, Flood Control of Maricopa County (FCDMC), BOR and SRP.
