The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (Authority) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace four air conditioning units and tie into the existing chilled water infrastructure in the Data Center (DC) at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). Specifications include, but are not limited to: Successful Bidder shall complete work for the Project in compliance with the drawings provided in the “Attachments” tab to the ITB. Additionally, Successful Bidder shall: a. Decommission and removal of existing Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units. b. Provide and maintain temporary cooling before, during, and until Project completion. c. Ensure all doors in the Data Center remain closed and secure 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week during construction. d. Recover refrigerant in accordance with environmental regulations. e. Deliver and position new CRAC units per plans provided in the “Attachments” tab to the ITB. f. Connect to existing chilled water supply and return lines. g. Install all required piping and fittings to ensure proper flow. h. Make all necessary electrical connections, including main power and controls. i. Clean all ductwork. j. Provide all equipment to integrate with existing control systems and Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) WebCTRL 9.0 IBMS system as applicable. Please refer to the CRAC Control and Monitoring Points matrix in the “Attachments” tab to the ITB. Integration into ALC WebCTRL shall include appropriate graphics showing the detailed operational status of the CRAC units in real-time. The Successful Bidder shall coordinate all BACnet and IP addresses with the Authority before placing the system on the network.
