Initial Inspection & Monitoring The successful proposer will conduct an agency-wide initial inspection of all properties using both visual inspections and monitoring devices. Based on inspection results, the Contractor shall recommend an ongoing monitoring schedule for each property. IPM Plan Using inspection and monitoring results, the Contractor shall develop a written IPM Plan for each property. Plans shall be updated annually and shall include, at minimum: o Identified pest pressures o Threshold Levels o Monitoring Methods o Treatment Strategies o Preventative measures o Reporting procedures Bed Bug Services Bed bug treatment is not included in the base contract and will be requested on a limited, as-needed basis. Proposers shall provide separate line-item pricing per unit for: oHeat Treatment o Pesticide spray applications.
