HCPS is seeking Bids from experienced and qualified vendors interested in providing the goods and services referenced herein. The provision of the goods and services herein include, but not limited to, providing supplemental maintenance and repair of non-propriety communication system failures, for specific Nortel/Avaya telephone systems and Honeywell Vista Series security panels, repairs, renovations and or upgrades of the same, and the provision of all related labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the requests in accordance with the specifications herein. This section identifies HCPS’ desired goods and services and levels of performance. The Bidder shall indicate a response to all service requirements and specifications contained herein. Vendor shall have the ability to recognize and report the telephone service provider failures and coordinate system repairs with other HCPS contracted vendors.
