The Property being offered through this RFP consists of approximately 45,871 square feet (+1.04 acres) of unimproved ground located at the southwest corner of the Airport as depicted in the General Location Map included as Attachment “2” to this RFP, and may be accessed from Lindy Lane, Manchester Lane, or Tulane Drive. The Property is located in unincorporated Palm Beach County. Proposers must propose to lease no less than 21,780 contiguous square feet (.50 acre) of the Property. Additional requirements may include, but are not limited to, maintaining an internal driveway on the Property and/or installation of fencing, lighting, and security measures on the Property. Due to the location of the Property and to maintain the Property for future airport development, buildings or other permanent structures will not be permitted to be constructed on the Property. The Property is offered for a short-term lease for interim uses compatible with airport operations and will not be offered for sale. The term of the Lease Agreement and payment of rental will commence upon the effective date of the Lease Agreement.
