Cuyahoga County’s Office of Early Childhood is seeking a location to host its Annual Meeting. The location needs to be able to seat at least 300 participants (at round tables) in a large ballroom while providing continental breakfast and coffee, as well as all AV capacity outlined below from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. After the event in the ballroom ends at 11:00 a.m. a smaller breakout room will be needed for up to 40 participants with box style lunches until 2:00pm.. Facility: Centrally located within Cuyahoga County is strongly preferred. Onsite self-parking is required. Free parking is strongly preferred. Food Catering – See further details below Room: Large Ballroom – 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Ability to seat up to 300 people -- at round tables.
