DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT/PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: (450 character limit) Provide A/E and CA services for the redesign and renovation of the SC Sate Museum. Scope of work will included the following: new passenger elevator, new public stairways, updating existing thoroughfares to ensure ADA accessibility, renovate restrooms, and construction/renovation of exhibition, public programming, collection storage, special event, and customer support areas. Services will require coordination w/exhibit design consultants. DESCRIPTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES/QUALIFICATIONS ANTICIPATED FOR PROJECT: Architectural and MEP design services, fire protection/life safety design services, elevator design services, exhibit design services, and hazardous materials inspection/testing services.
