Total Acreage for the Assembled Parcels is 1.52-Acres Per Plot Plan Scope of Work • DBRA is applicable to this project and the attached wages MUST be paid to workers. The City will monitor DBRA compliance. • In accordance with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development guidelines governing the use of Community Development Block Grant funding, and requirements established by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service for the protection of Tricolored Bats, DOWNING AND CLEARING OF TREES FOR THIS PROJECT SHALL NOT BEGIN BEFORE FEBRUARY 16, 2026. Refer to the attached email correspondence from the United States Fish and Wildlife Service to Matthew Hall providing guidance. • The contractor MUST contact the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, known as NC DEQ, 48 hours prior to beginning activities on site. The contractor MUST also follow the Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan approved by the NC DEQ. Refer to the attached documents titled: DEQ Letter of Approval, Certificate of Coverage, and Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan (Permit No. CUMBE-2026-0465, NC Reference No. NCG01-2025-3427, Certificate of Coverage No. NCC253427). • The contractor MUST obtain a Clear-Cut Permit from the city of Fayetteville’s Development Services Planning and Zoning Division and incur the cost there. The expected cost for this permit is $50.00. • The contractor MUST pay the penalty assessed by the city of Fayetteville for the removal of Two Specimen Trees as identified in the Tree Survey Report conducted by the Economic and Community Development Department’s Senior Housing Program Specialist. The penalty is expected to be $3,850.00. Refer to the attached Tree Survey Report. • The contractor MUST provide the required documentation and pay any fees required to obtain a Demolition Permit from the city of Fayetteville’s Development Services Department.
