The Clay Street Stormwater Improvements project includes the construction of a new stormwater collection system and restoration of impacted surfaces within the project limits. Work generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the following: Install approximately 1,500 linear feet (LF) of stormwater pipe, including required trenching, bedding, backfill, and compaction. Construct approximately 25 stormwater inlets and associated structures, connections, and appurtenances. Perform utility adjustments/relocations as required to accommodate the proposed stormwater improvements, including coordination with the City of Green Cove Springs. Replace/construct curbing as needed within disturbed areas. Perform driveway restoration/reconstruction where affected by construction activities. Complete roadway restoration, including patching and surface restoration to match existing conditions and standards. Perform right-of-way (ROW) restoration, including grading, stabilization, and restoration of disturbed areas. All work shall be completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, applicable standards, and permitting requirements, including traffic control and protection of existing utilities and adjacent properties.
