HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish a TPO for a multimedia advertising campaign for the Foster Grandparents Program (FGP). The Foster Grandparents Program serves a dual purpose in that it provides income-eligible adults, age 55 and older, with meaningful volunteer opportunities, while also meeting critical community needs by serving children with special and exceptional needs. FGP has, on average, 520 Volunteers at 200 Volunteer Stations, located across ten service areas in Texas. Service areas include Abilene, Austin, Corpus Christi, Denton, Fort Worth, Lubbock, Lufkin, Mexia, Rosenberg, Temple, and their surrounding counties. A successful advertising campaign will increase awareness of FGP services across the ten (10) service areas and serve as a recruitment tool for potential volunteers and volunteer stations.
