The objective of this RFI is to solicit industry input during the County’s planning phase for a future competitive solicitation. Information provided in response to this RFI is intended to be used by the County to better understand current market interest and readiness to provide the services; assess the capacity and interest of firms to participate as prime contractors or subcontractors; and inform the development of a procurement strategy that delivers the most cost-effective, efficient, and community-focused solution. The County is particularly interested in obtaining practical industry feedback that will assist the County in structuring a future solicitation to meet operational, fiscal, and socioeconomic objectives as detailed below.
