Through the Shared Technology Services (STS) Contract, the Department of Information Resources (DIR) has contracted with Service Component Providers (SCPs) to perform tasks as required by procurement law, including but not limited to, applicable provisions of §§2155.074, 2155.075, 2156.007, 2157.003, and 2157.125, Gov't Code. SCPs assist in procuring information technology products on behalf of DIR and eligible STS Customers in the performance of their respective Services under the STS program. The SCP will be referred to throughout this document as DIR's designee.
