The Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (ITSD), on behalf of the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), has an ongoing need for software maintenance and support for DHSS’ existing EMS State Bridge Enterprise System. The Missouri EMS State Bridge Enterprise System is utilized by DHSS to program data to interface with the ambulance (EMS) data, trauma data (MOSTORM), and heart attack/stroke data in one system and is exclusively developed, distributed, and supported by ImageTrend, LLC. ImageTrend does not distribute the source code to any other vendors or resellers, making ImageTrend the only feasible source for ongoing maintenance and support of the EMS State Bridge Enterprise System. As a result, this represents a proprietary requirement that meets the criteria of a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044 and the State is pursuing this acquisition as a Single Feasible Source.
