1. Start spraying from dusk to dawn. 2. Do not spray when the temperature falls below 55 degrees. 3. Do not spray if the wind exceeds 10 miles per hour. 4. Notify the Precinct if the weather prohibits spraying. 5. Submit by email, a daily report to each Precinct detailing the work performed the night before in that Precinct. The daily report will include the time log (start and end time), application area, and daily chemical usage. 6. Supply and operate ULV (ultra low volume), non-thermal, aerosol, cold fog mosquito sprayers. 7. Provide and correctly use required chemicals in accordance with manufacturer's recommendation. 8. The droplet size and flow rate must be calibrated on all machines and must be in accordance with chemical label. 9. The droplet size must be provided to the Precincts before the first spraying. 10. The vendor must attach a list of references where services have been provided.
