The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) desires to amend contract MC250294001 and add three (3) additional Agilent instruments to their existing single feasible source (SFS) contract with Agilent Technologies, Inc. The MSHP is requesting the addition of an Agilent 8890 custom GC Analyzer, 8697 XL Headspace Analyzer and OpenLab CDS Workstation PC Bundle. The MSHP is requesting this instrumentation since the similarity of these instruments to the other instruments on the contract will allow for ease of maintenance due to familiarity of agency personnel. Agilent Technologies, Inc. is also the sole manufacturer and distributor of the instruments. As a result, this represents a proprietary requirement that meets the criteria of a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
