Bartenders Responsibilities for assisting in the overall operations of beverage sales include but are not limited to: • Setting up and maintaining point of sale systems • Selling products including pre-packaged drinks and keg beer 2 • Hauling, stocking and maintaining product inventory • Taping kegs/ reporting issues with keg lines and draft trailers • Ensuring clean and uniform sales locations • All bartenders must be over the age of twenty-one (21) with a valid ID Site Operations Responsibilities for assisting in the load in, operation and load out of events include but are not limited to: • Hauling, stocking and distribution of event supplies and materials • Able to lift and carry approximately fifty (50) pounds • Able to responsibly drive a golf cart on the festival grounds for deliveries • Monitoring vendor locations and overall festival site • Report concerns, issues and other feedback to Event Management • Operation of heavy equipment (i.e. forklift) on the festival grounds for deliveries • All site operations staff must be over the age of twenty-one (21) with a valid ID Waste Management Responsibilities for assisting with full-service event cleaning and waste management include but are not limited to: • Maintain a clean event site (event site defined as all streets, sidewalks and parks used by the event and including up to one block outside of the event for trash and recycling carried by patrons from the event site). • Secure adequate tools and equipment for staff to collect and dispose of trash and ground litter generated by event attendees and vendors from the event site. • Distribute and service all waste receptacles including but not limited to, distributing 90 and 300 gallon trash and recycling containers provided by the City throughout the event site. At the end of each night, all containers must be collected and moved to areas to be serviced by the City. • Service all permanent and temporary park trash and recycling receptacles. • Clean picnic tables and public seating area. • Perform final cleanup of the event site following the completion of event.
