The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNlT, partnering with the Department of Health (MDH), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with Lumivero LLC for continued, uninterrupted use of NVivo annual licensing. The NVivo annual license provides a computer software program that allows researchers to manage, analyze, and visualize qualitative data and documents systematically and individually. Lumivero LLC. retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary NVivo annual license. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
