The scope of work consists of furnishing all supervision and labor, materials, necessary equipment and tools, utility work, traffic control and public services coordination required for the completion of the Project. The proposed improvements include the removal and disposal of existing asphalt pavement, shaping, moisturizing, and compacting existing base material and construction of asphalt concrete asphalt concrete (AC) pavement, removal and reconstruction of ADA compliant curb ramps, lowering and raising utilities to final grade, pavement striping and markings from Dinah Shore Drive to 33rd Avenue along Navajo Trail and Pueblo Trail, and from Shifting Sands Trail to Cathedral Canyon Drive along Ortega Road. All work and resulting facilities will fully conform to the current adopted Coachella Valley State Implementation Plan (CVSIP) for PM-10 including Best Management Practices during the construction process.
