All interested parties must register with Bonfire to view and download documents. Electronic Responses must be submitted through the Bonfire Portal before 2:00 PM, EST on February 18, 2026. It is the Respondent’s responsibility to assure that the response is submitted to the Department of Procurement Services, Bonfire Platform prior to the opening date and time specified. The Bonfire electronic platform will not allow submissions after the opening date and time, and by subsequent will not be considered for award.
