The overall contract work shall include maintenance, repair, remodeling, and alteration of District roof, roof decking, gutter and spouts across a broad range of facilities such as administrative buildings, schools, auditoriums, gymnasiums, and other District-owned infrastructure (see Attachment 1 for building sizes). The successful bidder(s) must have proper manufacturer certifications to install as needed, roofing types specified in the Purchase Order, provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, and maintain adequate shop facilities to support District repair and maintenance needs. This solicitation intends to establish a term contract with unit pricing to provide roofing maintenance and repair services on an as- needed basis at various Richland County School District One locations, with no guarantee of minimum or maximum work under the contract.
