St. Charles County is seeking bids for the removal of existing concrete stairs and entrance and replacement with a new ADA-compliant entrance at the Municipal Court, including associated parking lot and curb improvements. Contractor is responsible to install and maintain all traffic and safety barricades before, during and after the project. Contactor is responsible for locating utilities before construction start. Subcontractor to submit for permit. St. Charles County to pay all permit fees as required. The contractor shall maintain partial access to the parking lot and building entrance at all times. The building remains open to the public during normal business hours and in the evenings for scheduled court hearings. No full closures of the parking lot or main entrance are permitted without prior written approval from the Owner. Contractor shall coordinate with owner on washout area prior to construction start. The Vendor shall comply with all Federal and State Employment / Labor regulations including those from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
