The City is seeking generators from the following manufacturers, or equivalent: Cummins, CAT, and MTU. The City reserves the right to determine what qualifies as an equivalent. Due to funding requirements, all equipment must be received and installed by June 1st; please bid only on items that you will be able to both deliver and complete the installation by that deadline. Include with your bid the delivery timeline for each generator. All components of the generator must be able to operate under extreme heat, more than 110 °F. The City requests that all generators be backed by a comprehensive 5-year warranty and prefers that generators be backed by a national or worldwide distributor. Generators and exhaust discharge must be compliant with all applicable local, state and federal codes and standards.
