CPS is seeking bids from experienced and qualified vendors interested in providing the goods and services referenced herein. The provisions include, but not limited to, commercial refrigeration and ice machine, concession stands, athletic rooms, and nurses stations to include preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations that comply with local and state regulations, as well as American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and the provision of all related labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the requests in accordance with the specifications herein.
