The City is requesting Bids from qualified and experienced companies, individuals or contractors to perform pressure washing services on concrete sidewalks, building awnings, and solar panels at the City locations identified below. Scope of Work The work defined herein shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, consumables, aerial work platforms, safety equipment and all necessary equipment and supplies to perform a complete, thorough, and satisfactory job of pressure washing concrete sidewalks, building awnings, and solar panels as often as outlined in this specification with the appropriate pressure to avoid the risk of causing damage to any of the pressure washed assets. Refer to the attached site plans for areas to be cleaned, frequencies, and square footage. Contractor shall furnish at its sole expense all labor, supervision, services, transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, personnel protective equipment and all efforts required to perform pressure washing as set forth in this specification and in keeping with the highest standards of quality and performance. At the time of award contractor must have a Class C-61 contractor’s license.
