The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and services necessary to remove existing pool heaters and install new pool heating systems, including the following: Demolish, remove, and properly dispose of existing pool heaters and all associated unusable piping. Furnish and install two (2) new pool heaters on existing concrete pads. Lochinvar Power-Fin Boiler Model PBN1501-M9, 1.5 MBTUH, upright configuration, or approved equivalent. Install all water piping using Schedule 80 PVC and CPVC, in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable codes. Install all gas piping using galvanized steel pipe, in compliance with applicable codes. Provide and connect all required electrical work in accordance with current codes and manufacturer requirements. Replace all heater venting and vent caps as required for the new equipment. Perform pressure testing and leak testing for all gas and water piping. Start up the system and place the heaters into full operational service. Provide on-site training for City staff on system operation and basic maintenance. Obtain and close out all required permits and approvals, including: Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District (YSAQMD) City of West Sacramento Building Department Provide one (1) year of manufacturer-recommended maintenance services for both new pool heaters, including annual start-up.
