The vendor will provide embedded, on-site coaching and support that includes, but is not limited to, the following components: A. Leadership Coaching Individualized coaching for principals focused on instructional leadership Support for school leaders in analyzing data, monitoring instruction, and leading improvement efforts Coaching aligned to district and state leadership standards B. School Leadership Team Support Facilitation and coaching of School Leadership Team (SLT) meetings Support in developing and monitoring school improvement goals Guidance on collaborative decision-making and accountability structures C. Instructional Coaching for Teaching Staff Job-embedded coaching cycles with teachers Modeling of effective instructional strategies Observation and feedback aligned to instructional goals IV. Focus Areas and Topics The work must address rigorous instructional and leadership topics, including but not limited to: Standards-based instruction and alignment Development and use of clear learning targets Success criteria aligned to standards
