Perform sod cutting and removal of existing turf on football field in preparation for new sod installation. Conduct basic leveling to correct minor surface irregularities and achieve a smooth, uniform grade suitable for sod placement. Apply soil treatment to condition the exposed surface and promote successful sod establishment. Load, haul, and dispose of removed sod and excess material at an approved off-site facility. B. Perform professional GPS-guided laser grading of the designated field (57,600 Sq. ft) to achieve a smooth, uniform playing surface with consistent slopes that promote proper drainage and playability. Utilize precision grading equipment to correct surface irregularities within the existing grade, excluding major elevation changes, subgrade reconstruction, or drainage modifications. Furnish and apply up to 7 loads of imported subsoil as needed to achieve final grade; C. Furnish and install certified hybrid Bermuda grass sod in rolls. Install sod immediately upon delivery, laid in a staggered pattern with tight seams to ensure uniform coverage and proper establishment. Roll sod after placement to ensure full sod-to-soil contact and eliminate air pockets. Program irrigation to provide optimal sod establishment following installation, and water sod immediately after placement to initiate rooting. Approximately five (5) weeks after installation, topdress the field to tighten seams and promote a smooth, uniform playing surface. Provide 30-day warranty on the sod, contingent upon proper irrigation, restricted traffic, and normal growing conditions. D. Replace all damaged and bypassed irrigation pump station control components with new components to bring the station controls back to proper automatic operation.
