The purpose of the RFQ is to solicit bid proposals from qualified firms that can assist our District in the development of a new Strategic Plan. This would include the following: 1) Providing an analysis process that would help the District define strategic priorities, challenges and objectives. 2) Strategic Plan Framework for composition 3) Engagement plan to engage stakeholders in collaboration with the District to provide surveys, and collaborative events. Back End analytics of the results ascertained in order to build a dynamic Strategic Plan. 4) Support for the District Strategic Planning Team in analyzing and prioritizing, including assisting the District in identifying core members of the team. 5) Assisting District Planning Team on formation on the Strategic Plan and the key elements and building blocks 6) Board Survey with questions designed specifically for the Board to acquire their priorities, concerns and goals. Following the survey, analytics to derive the sentiments from the Board. 7) The firm must be able to complete all tasks and assist the District in completing the Strategic Plan prior to the deadline of March 2027
