Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Fire Sprinkler System Annual Testing and Repair, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, annual testing, repairs, maintenance, and fees to provide fire sprinkler system annual testing and repair. 2. The Agreement may be amended to increase services at the rate(s) specified in Attachment 1, Rate Sheet. 3. Subcontracting is permitted under this Agreement if subcontractors are included on the Bidder Declaration (GSPD05-105), Attachment 2. 4. The services shall be performed at: A. Napa Fire Station: 1820 Monticello Road, Napa, CA 94558 B. Las Posadas Fire Station: 755 Las Posadas Road, Angwin, CA 94508 C. Cloverdale Fire Station: 1001 South Cloverdale Boulevard, Cloverdale, CA 95425 D. Sonoma Air Attack Base: 2235 Airport Boulevard, Santa Rosa, CA 95401 5. Any reference to CAL FIRE Project Representative shall also include their designee.
