The successful Bidder is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, tools and materials to remove and dispose of existing leveler, provide, install, and test new hydraulic leveler at CHI Health Center Omaha, loading dock # 1. Proposals must include all costs for a complete, turn-key installation and start-up. All equipment must be new, with no used or refurbished parts. Bidder must provide basic training of operation and general maintenance. Alternate manufacturers and models that meet or exceed the specifications outlined below may be considered. If proposing an Alternate, Bidders must provide detailed specification sheets and photos of the proposed product.
