1. All deliveries shall be requested via phone call by the Town facility on an as needed basis. The awarded Vendor shall: (1) complete the delivery within two (2) weeks of the request (2) confirm that the Bidder’s dispatcher is aware of this requirement 2. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders shall be responsible for visiting the Town Waste Water Treatment facility to observe the valve setup arrangement to ensure that the Bidder’s tanker truck is compatible with the Town’s off-loading manifold. Please coordinate a site visit with the Town of Greenwich – DPW Sewer Division Process Control Manager – Alyssa Beck at (203) 622-0963 ext. 3. 3. The Bidder shall provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) with the bid. 4. The Sodium Hypochlorite shall be a membrane grade with a Na content of 1000-2000 ppm. 5. Quantities indicated in this RFB are approximate. The Town may purchase more or less than the estimated amounts. 6. The Sewer Division ordered a total of 12,327 gallons in Fiscal Year 2024, and a total of 9,939 gallons in Fiscal Year 2025. The typical range was between 2,000 and 2,500 gallons per delivery, however more or less may be requested.
