Chemicals delivered must be exactly what is being requested, unless marked as “or Approved Equal”. • If quoting an Approved Equal, exact brand name must be specified on the attached document labeled “Chemicals List”. • The active ingredients in Approved Equals must be the same as the active ingredients in preferred brands. • Product labels for Approved Equals must be submitted with bid. • Products must be delivered in the manufacturer’s approved containers. Prices submitted must be per the Unit of Measure listed on the bid. • Quantities are an estimate and may vary slightly; GCI may purchase more or less. Based on changes that may be made on the farm during the year, some chemicals may not be ordered.
