This contract shall consist of Guardrail/Guiderail Installation and Maintenance in Division Three. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of all damaged or defective Guardrail/Guiderail components, furnish and replace with all new components at the current standards. Any equipment used shall be in good operating condition and operated by properly trained and qualified personnel. The personnel operating the equipment shall be employees of the Contractor or approved Subcontractors and the Contractor shall be responsible for all operators during the performance of the contract. The personnel shall be subject to the directions of the Department of Transportation. The Department of Transportation may refuse delivery or may reject any equipment found to be defective and/or inadequately operated.
